With guidance from expert artisans, you choose a jade piece, mark your design and shape it step by step, turning it into a necklace, bracelet pendant or keychain to take home. Throughout the experience, your bilingual guide explains why jade has been important since ancient times—symbolizing eternity, life and love—and how it became Guatemala’s national stone. You’ll also see professional tools and techniques, gaining a deeper appreciation for the skill behind every finished piece.
