Service Description

This unique experience takes you to three stunning viewpoints in the mountains north of Antigua, Guatemala. Our first stop is Cerro de la Cruz, located about 5,000 feet above sea level and famous for its iconic cross. From here you enjoy a spectacular aerial view of the colonial city, the valley and the surrounding volcanoes—perfect for photos and an introduction to Antigua. Afterward we drive up the El Hato mountains to our second stop, a scenic eco-park with terraces, hammocks and nets suspended over the hillside. Here you can relax, take pictures, enjoy a drink and soak in wide-open views of the valley and nearby villages. We then continue higher to our final viewpoint, a mountain park designed for adventure and fun. At this stop you’ll find giant swings, panoramic platforms and multiple spots for fantastic photos of the city and volcanoes. There are also optional activities such as zip lines, bicycle circuits and other attractions that you can choose to do on-site for an extra cost. Your local guide will be with you the whole time to help with photos, translations and recommendations. Between stops there is time to walk short forest paths, appreciate the fresh climate and learn more about life in the communities above Antigua. Once we finish at the last viewpoint, we return by road to the city.
